Moving Stars® Academy offers several live training events throughout the year. You can find more event-specific details on our Events Page.when the date(s) are confirmed. In the meantime, if available, it's strongly recommend joining the waitlist. THen a notification is sent to you when registration opens for that training.
All event times are posted in Central Time (CT). Every effort is made to begin our sessions on time, so promptness is urged.
However, if the session is a TREC-approved course, promptness is required to receive the applicable credits for the training.
We recommend that you log-in at least 30 minutes before the published start time to avoid possible admission traffic-jams, or in case you experience any technical difficulties.
Our events have both live and virtual training. There are also self-paced learning components in development. After you’ve registered for an Event, access to that Event’s library, if applicable, is immediate for access within your private portal on the platform.
Once your registration is completed and confirmed, an access password must be created (by you). And for virtual trainings, a link will be emailed to you approximately 48-hours before the event’s scheduled date.

The COVID-19 pandemic although not widely discussed, still exist. Our social distancing and travel restrictions are lifted, but kindly request if you are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms to please notify us that you are unable to physically attend the session. A full credit will be applied to the next training.
Failure to notify us, or a no-show, or showing up and failing the check-in testing (i.e., temperature or oxygen test), will result in a forfeiture of any previous payments received. Anyone with a temperature above 99 will not be admitted into the session.
No. We do not offer any group discounts at this time.
However, occasionally, an early registration discount coupon is offered for an upcoming event.Â
No. Each registration confirmation is for single use only. If you’d like to have multiple people attend from your office or team, each person will need to register for the specific training event separately. Access to Moving Stars® Academy's online events will be granted based on the name of the person under which registration was submitted. Any violations of our terms and conditions may result in cancellation of registration and forfeiture of registration costs.
A notification should have been received confirming your reservation. If not received within 4 hours, please contact us ideally via email or text.
We recommend that you set a reminder on your phone for the scheduled time of the event for which you’ve registered. We don’t want you to miss a single minute of our training content! We will also send you several automated reminders of your upcoming event via email and/or text message.
For virtual trainings, if you have not received the webinar log-in details within 48 hours of your upcoming event, please contact us at: [email protected]. We recommend contacting us about any access issues you are experiencing as soon as possible so that we can get your problem resolved quickly.Â

Virtual training sessions will be recorded and accessible for approximately 60 days after the date the event is held. And any applicable content will be accessible in your Member Library.

We will honor refund requests of all products and training sessions before seventy-two (72) hours of the event date provided an access link to the training session has not been emailed to you.
Once the access link is emailed to registrants, all monies remitted are nonrefundable. Or, when applicable, if a workbook's seal is broken in conjunction with any course, all monies remitted are nonrefundable.Â
