Refund Policy

Moving Stars® Academy [MSA] Refund Policy applies to your purchase of any training sessions, workshops, bootcamps [materials or products] through the Website (collectively, the “Product”). 

You are eligible for a full refund within seventy-two (72) hours of registration’s confirmation date, subject to the following terms and conditions: If an access link to the Product has been generated to you previously no refund will be granted.

To return the Product, contact Moving Stars® Academy @ [email protected] . State the reason for the refund request including your contact information. After MSA reviews the request, a reply will be sent.

MSA Merchandise Returns

Damaged items must be returned to Moving Stars® Academy. Any and all handling and shipping costs for return items are the sole responsibility of the sender. Take a picture of the item on the day received, and include it with an email request so a replacement will be sent.

 To return items not damaged, Products must be in its original condition and original packaging with no seals broken to be deemed an acceptable return. If Moving Stars® Academy LLC elects to accept the return of an opened Product (which it reserved the right to decline at its sole discretion), such Products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Moving Stars® Academy does not reimburse return shipping costs. Return packages, if applicable, with insufficient postage or Products damaged in return transit will not be accepted by Moving Stars® Academy. No returns/refunds/exchanges on discontinued and/or clearance items. If Products are originally purchased with a credit or gift certificate voucher, a credit or gift certificate voucher will be given, if granted, in exchange for the return. MSA’s refund policy only applies to Products and does not apply to any consultation session(s) or subscriptions to Online Services.
